Daily drinks - Өдөр тутмын ундаа

  • Morning - LEMON WATER: One organic lemon squeezed in 1 cup of filtered warm water
  • Mid-morning - ORANGE JUICE: Juice two organic oranges by hand or in a juice machine
  • Noon - GREEN SMOOTHIE: 1 cup Romaine, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup bok choy, 1/2 cup water, 2 celery stalks, 4 ice cubes
  • Afternoon - BEET JUICE: 1 beet, 2 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 inch ginger, 1 apple
